What this internship is about

This role is for someone who enjoys systems, automation, and making software work better for real people. Our business runs heavily on Zoho, and we’re constantly improving workflows, automations, and integrations.

You’ll get exposure to real production systems, not sandbox demos.

What you’ll work on

• Assisting with Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Analytics configuration

• Supporting workflow automation and process improvements

• Helping document systems and data flows

• Light development or scripting (Deluge, APIs, integrations) where appropriate

• Working with leadership to translate business needs into system logic

Suggested qualifications

• Interest in systems administration, automation, or software ops

• Some technical background (coding, scripting, or no-code tools)

• Familiarity with Zoho is a big plus, but not required

• Logical thinker who enjoys process improvement

Comfortable troubleshooting and asking good questions.
