What this internship is about

This role is for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real estate operations, not just spreadsheets and theory.

You’ll work alongside property managers and the maintenance team to understand how residential and commercial properties are actually run day-to-day.

This is an excellent fit for someone interested in real estate, asset management, operations, or facilities management.

What you’ll work on

• Shadowing property managers and maintenance coordinators

• Learning how work orders are triaged, assigned, and resolved

• Understanding vendor management, quotes, and service tracking

• Exposure to tenant communication and issue resolution

• Learning how operational decisions impact asset performance

Suggested qualifications

• Interest in real estate, property management, or asset management

• Comfortable interacting with people (vendors, staff, managers)

• Organized and reliable — operations depend on follow-through

• Willingness to learn the “unsexy” but critical details of the business

No prior property management experience required.
