What this internship is about

This role is for someone interested in turning operational data into real business insight.

Our property management operation runs on Zoho (CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics), and this intern will help us define, track, and analyze KPIs across leasing, maintenance, finances, and operations.

You won’t be doing “theoretical analytics”, you’ll be working with live business data, helping answer questions like:

• Where are we losing time or money?

• What operational bottlenecks actually matter?

• How do we measure performance across properties, vendors, and teams?

What you’ll work on

• Defining and refining KPIs for property management operations

• Building dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics

• Working with real datasets pulled from Zoho CRM, Books, and Desk

• Helping leadership understand trends and anomalies in the business

• Translating messy operational data into clear insights

Suggested qualifications

• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations

• Comfortable with spreadsheets; SQL is a plus but not required

• Analytical mindset — curious about why things happen

• Exposure to Zoho, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a bonus

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
