This role is for someone excited about applied AI, not hype. HYRE is working on AI-driven systems to help triage tickets, support requests, and operational workflows.

The focus is on using AI to reduce human workload, improve response quality, and route issues intelligently.

What you’ll work on

• Designing AI workflows for ticket and task triage

• Helping build and test AI support agents

• Working with real operational data and use cases

• Evaluating where AI adds value — and where it doesn’t

• Supporting automation across support, operations, and internal tools

Suggested qualifications

• Strong interest in AI, automation, or applied machine learning

• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, APIs, or workflow automation

• Logical thinker who can break messy problems into steps

• Comfortable experimenting and iterating

Prior AI project experience is helpful but not required.
